In order to ensure that your child receives the best from our school, we need to inform you about our main policies. We ask you to co-operate with us in order to make your stay apleasant one at our school.
1) School timing: Saturday 10am to 1pm (please arrive on time)
2) Parking facilities : parking is not available at the school , we request you find reasonable parking nearby the school
3) Lunches: It is essential for children to bring packed lunches, you as a parent should make sure that you give your children only healthy options.
4) Fees: Due on the first Saturday of every Term, a fees date sheet will provided to you, so that you know which date the fees needs to be given in every month,
5) Annual Resource Fees of £40 is to be used for all materials i.e. books, notebooks, print outs, in class resources etc,
6) Absence: In the case of your child being absent you must call or text the administrator so that we can keep a track. The number to call or text is: 07533864124
NOTE: If your child is absent for more than two consecutive weeks without a reasonable cause , he/she will be withdrawn from the school.
7) Lateness: Regular late comers may face disciplinary actions
8) Assessments: Students will be given mid-year assessments as well as end of year assessments
9) Students are given reports twice a year to highlight their progress.
10) Annual Assembly: To be held to address general policies and behaviour issues. Also during assemblies the achievements of our students will be recognized, different methods will be used such as certificates.
11) Holidays: the school operates during term time only
12) Uniform: There is no restriction to colours or type of clothing at our school however students should generally dress modestly.
We at Al Ehsan School give high value to behaviour of our children and under no circumstances will we accept any sort of unacceptable conduct which may cause inconvenience to our staff, teachers or other students.
